PaddleFoot Basecamp is located at Long Line Lake Road, near Dorset Ontario, indicated on the map by the red star.


From Ottawa (approximately 4.5 hours)
, Exit Ottawa on Highway 417 West, merging onto the Trans Canada Highway West. Exit at Renfrew and continue along Highway 60, driving through Algonquin Provincial Park (watch out for deer and moose crossing the road while in the park). On exiting the Park's West Gate, continue along Highway 60 until the town of Dwight. Turn South onto Highway 35. On the Southern most outskirts of the town of Dorset watch for Highway 117. Turn right and head west along Highway 117. Turn left onto Long Line Lake Road and continue along keeping right until the road ends. Turn left at the PaddleFoot sign and drive to our parking lot at the end of the road. If you have trouble and need directions, call 1-888-388-3668

From Toronto (approximately 2.5 hours), take Highway 400 north to Highway 11.Continue past the towns of Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. Just past Bracebridge watch for signs for Highway 117.Turn right onto the 117 and head east through the town of Baysville. Turn right onto Long Line Lake Road and continue along keeping right until the road ends. Turn left at the PaddleFoot sign and drive to our parking lot at the end of the road. From Huntsville (approximately 40min), take Highway 60 East to the town of Dwight. Turn South onto Highway 35. On the Southern most outskirts of the town of Dorset watch for Highway 117. Turn right and head west along Highway 117. Turn left onto Long Line Lake Road and continue along keeping right until the road ends. From North Bay (approximately 2.5 hours). Head south on Highway 11 to the town of Huntsville. Turn left onto Highway 60 East to the town of Dwight. Turn South onto Highway 35.
