Arrive at Lac des Sept Freres and share our lunch with the women's retreat. Load up the boats and canoe over to our first camp site. Natasha and Jesse make bracelets with the girls and some go for a quick swim with Natasha. Spaghetti for dinner, Doug goes over rules and then its bed time. Doug reads the first chapter from Bugs Potter Live from Nikanine.

Wake up and eat cereal for breakfast. While Jesse and Danny take down camp, the gang goes exploring with Natasha in the canoes. We load up the boats and head down lake Sept Freres. We stop for a granola bar break at the beach and everyone goes swimming. Continue down the lake and arrive at our campsite. We set up camp and have sammies for lunch. Daniele and Julien get lost on the island but Doug rescues them, Yeah! "Does anyone want to jump off the cliff at Acapulco?" Canoe over to the cliffs and everyone jumps off the rock. We watch Jesse and Danny jump off the big rock and then head back to our campsite. Macaroni and cheese for dinner.

Day three

Our first day of portaging! We got through the first one and then it started to rain. We did our second portage and had lunch on a tiny little island. Rested, we portage again and arrive on little Lac Oglivy. We set up camp and go swimming. Doug and Julien go canoeing. We have grilled cheese and soup for dinner. Shyla gets sick. Uh Oh! Thunder storm! Storytime and then bed. Did I mention Cee Cee lala land?

Day Four

"OK guys, who wants to portage all day?" The day begins with a portage up the steepest hill ever. The second portage is kinda boggy. Yeah, lunch time! Of course it starts raining. But that doesn't stop us from portaging for the last time of the day but this one is 1.6 KM! Kate and Jane fight over the heavy packs and Daniele tells Natasha EVERYTHING that happens in latest James Bond movie. PHEW, we make it to our campsite with the big tree stumps. "Sorry guys no toilet, who wants to dig one?" The first moss toilet seat ever made. Fried rice for dinner and then its story and bed time.

Day Five

Muffin pancakes for breakfast. Daniele sings one sockie, two sockie, three sockie.................. Shyla hurts her wrist in the line of duty. We do yet another portage and arrive at beautiful lac Monjoie. Had nutella sammies and went for a swim. We played sink the swiss in the canoes and washed ourselves. The sponge monsters. Jesse slaves in the kitchen and makes chilli for dinner and bakes bread and brownies. Alex, Jane and Kate set up their outdoor shelter and sleep under the stars. Story and bedtime.
